Prerequisite: This course is designed for accounting professionals, ProAdvisors and IT consultants who currently have, or plan to have small business clients who use QuickBooks Desktop or would like to learn more about working with QuickBooks Desktop software.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to change a course location, dates and/or postpone courses. Customers will be notified in advance as early as possible of any changes. The customer will be credited 100% of any course fees paid against a future course or, if requested, in the event the customer is unable to attend a course due to any location or date changes. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred including travel charges or any consequential damages due to any changes in the course. Mendelson may cancel courses for low attendance or due to unforeseen weather conditions up to 3 days prior to the start date. Should your course be cancelled by Mendelson, you will be offered a future event or a full refund.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds unless Mendelson makes a date or location change to the course where the customer is no longer able to attend. Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the beginning of the course. NO refund or credits will be issued for participants that fail to attend any days of the course. Mendelson may cancel courses for low attendance or due to unforeseen weather conditions up to 3 days prior to the start date. Should your course be cancelled by Mendelson, you will be offered a future event or a full refund. Any refund with respect to cancellation of course where an alternative option cannot be provided by Mendelson, would be processed within 30 days from date of request.
